Volunteer Opportunities

Westover will be relaunching one of our biggest outreach moments we’ve ever done with Westover Field of Lights! We’ll be transforming our sports fields into a walking trail with over 300,000 dazzling lights telling the story of Christmas. But we can’t do it alone! Partner with us to reach our community with this fun, family-friendly event that shares the light and hope of Jesus. Volunteer opportunities available November 25 - December 18.

Check-in

Assist with ticket pre-screening and check-in. Age minimum is 14. 

Concessions

Assist with food prep and distribution. Age minimum is 14. 

Fun Zone

Assist with games and photo areas during Nov and Dec. Age minimum is 14. 

Costume Characters

Assist in bringing high-energy fun and take photos with kids and families during Nov and Dec. Age minimum is 14. 

Photographers

Assist with photo areas during Nov and Dec. Age minimum is 15. 

Scene Hosts

Help direct and answer questions at the light scenes. Age minimum is 14. 

Tear-Down Team (Dec 19 only)

Help tear-down and store all event lights, props and supplies into storage areas. Age minimum is 14. 

Traffic Control

Assist guests with parking and cross walk areas. Age minimum is 18. 

Volunteer Check-In

Assist with volunteer check-in and care. Age minimum is 16. 

Welcome Team

Answer questions and provide a high-energy environment for all. Age minimum is 14.
